The building is primely located on Apostolou Pavlou Avenue, within the city center of Paphos and consists of a basement, ground floor, a mezzanine and four (4) upper floors all used as a commercial unit. Within the building there is an atrium expanding from the ground floor to the 3rd floor while there is access to all the floors through two external panoramic elevators, an internal one and an internal staircase. The ground floor have access to the basement area via a small inventory elevator. The basement is also accessed through an external ramp.
